Choosing where a new folder lives

When you make a folder from My Folders or from another folder’s page, you get to say where it goes. The Location list shows your whole set of folders, indented so you can see what sits inside what.

Steps

1. Open the New folder box from My Folders, or from a folder page’s add folder button.
2. Open the “Location” drop down.
3. Pick “Top level”, or any folder in the list.
4. Finish the rest of the sheet and click “Save”.

Tips

• Folders that are already four levels deep are the max.

Good to know

Good to know: Location shows up when you’re making a new folder away from Home. Folders made from Home always sit at the top level, and the sheet for editing an existing folder keeps it right where it is.
