Every alert in one place, here’s the Alerts page

The Alerts page lists everything Qbit has flagged on your teen’s account for you to review, with three tabs so you can keep it tidy.

Steps

1. Open “Qbit Teens” and tap your teen’s name.
2. Scroll down to the “Alerts” section.
3. Tap “View all alerts →”, or tap the alert icon in the top bar if there’s an in-app notification.
4. Open any alert, then tap “Save” to keep it, “Archive” to clear it out of Current, “Export” to download it, or “Delete” to remove it for good.
5. In Archive, tap “Restore” to bring an alert back to Current.
6. In Current, “Clear all” archives the whole tab in one tap.
7. Tap the back arrow to return to your teen’s settings page.

Tips

• If two or more of your teens have current alerts, a row of name buttons appears at the top so you can hop between them.
• “Export” on any row gives you a PDF of that alert, handy when you want to sit down with your teen away from the screen.
