The three dots on a folder page, and what’s behind them
Everything you can do to a folder lives behind one button. Tap the three dots beside the folder name and you get three choices, with the big one kept apart at the bottom.
Screenshots are on their way for this one.
Steps
- Open a folder page.
- Tap the three dot button at the top right, beside the folder name.
- Choose “Edit folder”, “Remove from Home”, or “Delete folder”.
- Tap anywhere else, or press Escape, to close the menu without choosing anything.
Tips
- “Delete folder” sits below a divider on purpose, well away from the everyday choices.
Good to know
Good to know: “Remove from Home” shows on a folder’s own top level page while its tile is on your Home page. Inside a subfolder, or on a folder you’ve already hidden, you’ll see the other two.
