Ask Qbit about anything on the help page

Got a question? Ask Qbit. There’s a small box on the help page just for that, and Qbit will answer in chat like any other conversation.

Steps

1. Open “Support & Setup” and scroll to “Need More Help?”.
2. Type your question in the “Ask Qbit” box.
3. Press Enter, or tap the send arrow.

Tips

• Ask Qbit the way you’d ask a friend. “How do I change my profile photo?” works better than a keyword.
• If Qbit’s answer doesn’t quite settle it, the “Contact human” option is right there on the same page.
