Qbit Teens: accounts for ages 13 to 17

See what Qbit knows about your teen

Qbit picks things up from conversations: friends, teachers, pets, sports, school, health, plans, and the odd worry. You get to see all of it, the living profile Qbit built plus the facts your teen added themselves, and you can remove anything you’d rather Qbit didn’t keep.

Screenshots are on their way for this one.

Steps

  1. Open “Qbit Teens” and tap your teen’s name.
  2. Tap the “What Qbit knows” section.
  3. Browse the list. Facts your teen added themselves sit alongside what Qbit noticed.
  4. Tap the small × next to anything you want removed.
  5. Confirm on the prompt.
  6. The list reloads without it.

Tips

  • It’s one of the quieter, kinder corners of Qbit, and worth a read now and then.
  • It starts out saying “Nothing here yet” until your teen has chatted enough for Qbit to notice anything.
  • This view is one of the things the Teen Account Notice tells you about.

Good to know

Good to know: Qbit stops using a removed item straight away and deletes the saved memory behind it. If your teen brings the same thing up again later, it can come back, which tells you it’s still on their mind. Qbit never sells or shares anyone’s data.
