Your data, in your hands, here’s how to take a copy

Everything Qbit holds about you can be in your hands in a moment. Pick a readable document or the raw data, whichever suits you.

Steps

1. Open Settings and scroll down to “Privacy & Data”.
2. Tap “Request” next to “Download my data”.
3. Choose a format: a PDF document, a Word document, or raw data as JSON.
4. Give Qbit a moment to put it together, then save the file wherever you want.

Tips

• Profile pictures come through as real pictures in the PDF and Word versions, and as raw data in the JSON one.
• The PDF is the friendly one to curl up with. The JSON is the one to pick if you want the raw detail.

Good to know

Good to know: If you see a “being finalized” message, your download is nearly ready. Come back shortly and it should be ready.
