Every folder has its own page, here’s what’s on it
Open any folder and you get a whole page just for it: its picture and name, a line about what it’s for, the nested folders (aka subfolders) inside it, and three tabs holding its conversations, photos and documents. There’s an ask box at the bottom too.
Steps
- Tap a folder tile on Home.
- Read the short line under the name, and tap “more” if there’s a longer explanation.
- Use the tabs, “Recents”, “Photos” and “Documents”, to move between what’s filed here.
- Type a question in the box at the bottom and send it.
- Tap “Back” at the top left to return to where you came from.
Tips
- Anything you ask in that box is answered using the documents filed in this folder, and the conversation is filed right back into it.
- You can reach the same page from the “Folders” list in the menu, or from a folder row in My Folders.
