The back arrow always tells you where it’s taking you

You’ll always know where you’re headed. The arrow in the top left carries the name of the page you came from, every time.

Steps

1. Look at the top left of the Conversation page.
2. Read the label next to the arrow. It’ll say Home, Recents, Settings, My Folders, Setup & Support, or the name of the folder you asked from.
3. Tap it to go back there. Your conversation is kept and waiting for you in Recents.

Tips

• It’s a small thing, and it means you can always see exactly where you’ll land.

Good to know

Good to know: Once you’re back on Home, you’ll find that conversation again in Recents, or on the folder page it was filed to. That’s the way back in, since the bar at the bottom has no Conversation tab.
