Here’s how to move, send, download or remove a photo

Every saved picture carries the same four little buttons underneath, always in the same order. File it, send it, download it, or delete it.

Steps

1. Folder icon: opens a folder picker. Choose the folder and your photo moves there.
2. Share icon: hands the picture to your phone or computer’s own share panel, so you can text it or email it.
3. Download icon: saves the original file to your device.
4. Trash icon: asks “Remove this from your Photos?” and deletes it once you confirm.

Tips

• The order’s the same on every folder, so your thumb learns it fast.
• Videos keep their own play controls right on the tile instead of opening the big viewer.
