Tell Qbit who you are and answers get even better
This is the best five minutes you can spend in the app. Once Qbit knows your name, your town and a little about your life, conversations go from generic to genuinely about you.
Screenshots are on their way for this one.
Steps
- Tap your avatar and choose “My Profile”.
- Open the “Profile” section. It’s already open the first time you visit.
- Fill in “My name”, then City, State and Country.
- Write a few lines in “A bit about you”: your work, your hobbies, your family, anything you’d like Qbit to keep in mind.
- Tap “Save Changes” and you land back on Home.
- Optional: add your social media links so Qbit can learn even more about you.
Tips
- Your city is what lets Qbit nail activity suggestions, restaurant reviews, weather and other local-oriented questions.
- Write as little or as much as you want. Even two sentences makes a real difference in conversational engagement.
- Everything saves as you type and syncs to your other devices, so “Save Changes” is really just informal but feels good to have.
- Add or edit whenever life changes.
