Qbit Teens: accounts for ages 13 to 17

Pausing, resuming, or deleting a teen account, here’s how

“Pause” stops your teen using Qbit for a while and keeps everything in their account exactly as it is. “Delete” removes the account and its data for good, after a 30-day window in case you change your mind.

How to Pause Your Child's Qbit Account, 0:37

Screenshots are on their way for this one.

Steps

  1. Open “Qbit Teens” and tap your teen’s name.
  2. Tap “Account”.
  3. Tap “Pause” and confirm. The status pill changes to Paused, and the Sign-in section turns into a short note explaining that the account is paused.
  4. Tap “Resume” whenever you’d like your teen back on Qbit.
  5. To delete the account, tap “Delete account” and confirm. That starts the 30-day countdown.
  6. Changed your mind inside those 30 days? Open Qbit Teens and restore the account from its row.

Tips

  • Pause is the gentle one. Everything stays put, and it’s a tidy way to handle exam week or a long trip.
  • Pause and Resume swap places depending on the account status.

Good to know

Good to know: A deleted account stops working right away, and the data is removed for good at 30 days. Restore it any time inside that window and it’s as if nothing happened. While an account is paused you can’t make a sign-in code for it, so resume it first.
